  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, gift cards, and downloadable software products.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
